How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 21 days of your order date.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging with tags attached.
- Damaged Items will be fully refunded. These items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that were marked down (sale, clearance, or any item not at original price)
- Face Masks
- Preorder Items. (These items are not carried in store. We bring them to you at a special low price.)
- Food & Self Care Items
- Mystery Orders/Items/Packages
Are there any charges for return?
- Buyer is responsible for returm shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If your order qualified for free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from your credit/refund.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then you will receive a gift card for the amount of your purchase. If your item is shipped back to us within 2 days of receipt, your original payment method will be credited. Credits will appear within an 7-10 days of the approval of your return.
