  • In Store & Curbside Pickup Available! We are happy to offer pick-up for convenience and to allow you to get your order quickly! Please arrange to pick up your order within 14 days of pick up notification. We are unable to store orders for longer periods of time due to space restrictions. We will send an shipping invoice after 14 days.
  • In Stock Items ship within 2 business days!
  • Preorders will ship upon arrival. Estimated arrival times are provided on the individual listing of the preorder. Please note these are estimates and that preorders may ship sooner than expected, but my also ship later than expected. Delayed shipments are beyond out control.
  • We ship orders when they are complete. Please order pre-order items in separate orders from in-stock items. Otherwise, we will hold your in stock items and ship to you when preordered items arrive.
  • Online only items ship directly from vendors. They are not available in store.


  • Coupon codes must be presented or entered at the time of purchase. We cannot refund you for a coupon code that was not used, but you are more than welcome to use the code on an additional purchase. Sale prices may not be applied to items previously purchased at a different price. We do not accept expired coupons or coupon codes.
  • Strength & Grace is not responsible for uninsured packages. If your package is lost or stolen and you did not select to add ROUTE insurance to your order, we are unable to assist you. Orders with ROUTE will receive a replacement product, if available, or a refund. This is all handled by ROUTE, our insurance company.


  • All returnable items that are post marked within 2 days of delivery date (excluding Sundays) will be eligible for a full refund (buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If your order qualified for free shipping or was shipped during a free shipping promotion - shipping charges will be deducted from your refund or credit.
  • Store credit will be provided for all items that are postmarked 3+ days after delivery. Items must be received no later than 21 days after purchase date, no exceptions. Items returned after the valid period will be shipped back at buyers expense or donated if requested. Store credit will be delivered via gift card code to your email. We are not responsible for list gift card codes.
  • All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after delivery date. Returns are processed one day a week (Tuesday mornings).
  • SALE and Clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange
  • Preorder items are final sale at the time of ordering. Please order carefully and use the size chart when ordering
  • Mystery items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Intimates, including but not limited to bralettes, may not be returned or exchanges
  • Face Coverings are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges of any kind for these items. Questions on sizing or specific material feels? Call us before ordering (203-491-2090). We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for fit or material for health reasons.
  • If any defective or damaged items are received, contact the store via this link within 3 days of receiving your item for a refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We will gladly send a return label to your inbox and refund your purchase once it is returned us, unwashed and unworn.
